Palmer Snowboards is an Austrian manufacturer of snowboards and equipment founded by pro snowboarder, Shaun Palmer. The company first came to be in 1995 and has since been an innovator in snowboarding technology. It distinguished itself by building its own manufacturing facility near Bischofshofen, Austria in the famous area of Salzburg, where most the best ski and snowboard manufacturers are located.
The company prides itself in innovative snowboard construction techniques such as Titanium inlays, Honeycomb Core constructions, Klothoid sidecuts, 3D woodcores, the Power Link System, Cap Sidewall and Prepreg. Some if its well-known boards which are available in different sizes include the Palmer Classic Snowboard, Palmer Factor Snowboard, Palmer Finch Snowboard, Palmer Liberty Snowboard, Palmer P Line Snowboard and Palmer Prodigy Snowboard for men. For women it has the Palmer Halo Snowboard, Palmer Jade Snowboard and Palmer Touch Snowboard.
